Perkim.id is dedicated to serving the public’s needs for the planning and development of housing and residential areas that are healthy, safe, comfortable, productive, and sustainable through comprehensive research and analysis. Our research programs address development issues and challenges with the aim of formulating norms, standards, strategies, policies, and regulations in the field of public housing and settlement areas (PKP), both in urban and rural contexts.
These activities are carried out independently or in collaboration with other parties who have the responsibility and expertise to contribute to the formulation of policies and regulations. The scope of our work covers both national and regional levels, including cities, regencies, and provinces. Research is conducted from the pre-implementation phase to the post-implementation evaluation of policies and regulations.
The main beneficiaries of this program are stakeholders in the housing and settlement sector, particularly government agencies—both at the national and local levels—as well as private sector entities, NGOs, and other institutions that initiate policy and regulatory research in the PKP sector in Indonesia.
